In reply to Mary. Yes in a 325 degree oven in a covered oven safe dish, should take about 90 minutes. I love that you love the recipe! :)

Made several times, delicious every time. The only difference is I use hickory bullseye and then smoke the chicken while it cooks using hickory and my smoke gun. Delicious!
