I prefer roast chicken over turkey too. And yeah I’ve been there before with the smoking so I agree, either veggies or stock. So glad you enjoyed this Jennifer!

Yummy Jaclyn!
Hubs doesn’t much care for turkey, so we had this chicken instead (minus the veg), and every bite was absolutely delish!!!
We did set off the fire alarm (3 times! hahaha) until I added some stock to the pan. The veg would have prevented that, I am sure. So, pro tip, add some stock to the pan if doing it solo.
