This dish was fun to assemble and the results were DELICIOUS. I made enough of your recipe so we would have leftovers. We enjoyed the rest of the dish 2 nights later with no left overs. That’s how much we loved this recipe. Next time I make this recipe, I would like to try Hot Italian Sausage with shrimp.

This meal is so flavorful and easy to make. It is so colorful and serves up nicely on toasted hoagie rolls with parmesan cheese. I made a Caesar salad to have with it. I doubled it and it was a very delicious dinner that was enjoyed by all. Thank you, Jaclyn!!

It just depends on how they’re seasoned. If it’s spices that will blend well with the Italian flavors here it would be fine.

It was delicious! We couldn’t get Italian sausages so I used beef chilli sausages. Only thing was I should not have reduced the onions cos they shrank after cooking. It was initially double the portion of the red and yellow peppers but I thought it was too much. On hindsight, should have left it as is. Will definitely make again!
