Just made this. Red potatoes. I didnt have sour cream so i did mostly mayo but i added some plain yogurt. No dill but i had parsley. I added some garlic powder and poblano powder instead of paprika. I love a good potato salad and with the addition of fresh herbs this is so good. The dill would be great i bet. Yum!
