You can't have too many Instant Pot recipes right? Especially Instant Pot soup recipes. And I instantly fell in love with those one after one spoonful!
It's creamy, it's rich, it's cheesy and how could it not be good? It has bacon! This is one of those recipes I'll use time and time again because my family loves it and I love how simple it is to throw together.
When you're sick what's the only thing you want? Chicken noodle soup. Okay and if you're me maybe some ice cream to wash it down.
But really homemade chicken noodle soup is one of my go-to dinners and not just for sick days.
It's so nice to sit down to a big bowl of this after a long day.
Plus I love that my whole family loves chicken noodle soup so I make it a lot. I don't get the "Mom, how many more bites" 30 seconds after we've sate down to eat.
My kids actually even request it for dinner.
And we love it with some fresh toasted and buttered sourdough bread. Bread and soup just go hand in hand don't they?

Last year I mostly made these shredded chicken tacos in my Instant Pot. I've also made "baked" potatoes and rice and a few other things.
I want to use it more this year so I thought I'd try out one of my go-to weeknight dinners - classic All-American spaghetti in it.
